We work closely with Dawn Farm and Home of New Vision to ensure our patients have access to the most current and effective behavioral health treatment available. And our partnerships extend to St. Joseph Mercy Emergency Room as well. As opioid-related ER visits continue to rise across the county, we work directly with their team to ensure that patients seeking help are safely and seamlessly connected to Packard’s addiction specialists.

Medications for Addiction Treatment (MAT) Program
Our MAT program combines medications with behavioral therapies, a treatment proven to be effective, and that can help people to sustain recovery.
Are you struggling with opioids such as OxyContin, Percocet, Vicodin, Heroin, Fentanyl, Kratom, or 7-OH?
Our providers are certified to prescribe buprenorphine (Suboxone®), Sublocade injections, and Vivitrol injections as indicated for maintenance treatment, in combination with counseling.
Are you struggling with alcohol use?
Our providers are certified to prescribe Oral Naltrexone, Vivitrol, and other related medications as indicated for maintenance treatment.
With therapy and FDA-approved medication, MAT has saved many lives and allows patients to work, love, and care for their children. For many patients who are struggling with substance use and may be at risk of overdose or death, our MAT program offers a pathway to recovery.
